Job Purpose
The Vocational Trainer works in the Community Based Vocational Centers (CBVCs) to provide vocational training to beneficiaries of all ages on different vocations identified under the project. The position holder will be responsible for preparing the plan for vocational training, providing the training to beneficiaries, and maintaining the attendance sheets of the trainees. The VT is also responsible to support the women support assistants, M&E team, and other members of project management in data collection and conducting meetings/interviews at the community level.

Qualifications
Certificate of completion of Vocational Trainer Course.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
proven experience in providing vocational training to illiterate women in the community.
Being a master trainer in the field of vocational skills will be a plus desirable
Competency
Relationships: Able to build good relationships with the women beneficiaries, project team, and local community.
Communication: Speaks and writes (Preferably) clearly and effectively. Listens to others and shows real commitment to maintaining open communication with the beneficiaries and team members.
Teamwork: Committed to working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals/objectives. Willing to learn from others and open to feedback.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Willingness, enthusiasm, and experience in working with vulnerable women, and IDPs
Demonstrated work experience in providing vocational training to women in the community
