About People’s Action for change ( PAC )

People’s Action for change is a not for profit, non-governmental organization with a mission to work with the poor, excluded and marginalized sections of the society by empowering them to lead a life with dignity. PACo priority objectives includes empowerment of people through community organization and capacity development, promoting rights of women and children, ensuring livelihood options to end hunger and food insecurity and respond to calamities and conflicts through humanitarian assistance. PACo strategically expanding its program and intervention to support most vulnerable population to Qushtepa district of Jawzjan provinces, with focusing vulnerable women headed households. For implementing planned intervention which will be focusing on lifesaving through humanitarian response on improving participating household nutrition and household income. Thus, PACo, planned to recruit monitoring and evaluation officer considering the conditions and requirement state in this announcement. The interested and competent individual who meet the set requirements are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Respect the culture and accept dress in the society with consideration of DFA limitation.
• Attend the vocational center based on specified time on a daily base.
• Establishing a good relationship with the vocational center participants.
• Should make a friendly and encouraging environment for the active participation of vocational center participants.
• Record the participant's details in the vocational center registration book/attendance sheet.
• Prepare monthly participants' attendance reports in approved format.
• Encouraging participants to actively participate in the vocational center.
• Taking students' attendance sheets daily.
• The vocational trainer must have enough experience in practical work and move this ability to students during the project period.
• Evaluate the participant’s performance to understand the student’s progress.
• Taking Contact with participants' families in cases of absence of the participants and reporting to PACo relevant management member on time.
• Develop and prepare the vocational center delivery plan.
• Maintaining and protecting the vocational center products.
• Regular Monitoring and controlling of student's practical work in the vocational center.
• Permanently monitoring and protecting the tools of the vocational center.
• Assist and cooperate with PACo staff on program-related intervention.
• Attend actively in training and workshops organized by PACo.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management while needed.
