پاک نگهداشتن و توجه داشتن به شرایط بهداشتی مهمانخانه های کمیته بین المللی نجات
پاک کردن اتاق های مربوط تهکوی، فرش ها، و سطوح بصورت روزانه و گذاشتن وسایل در جا های اختصاص داده شده مطابق با معیار های مقرر شده با رعایت برنامه های تعیین شده
پاک و نظیف نگهداشتن الماری ها و وسایل قابل پاک کاری
درخواست لوازم و وسایل پاک کاری در صورت نیاز به موقع
نگهداشتن وسایل و لوازم پاک کاری در شرایط خوب
پاک کردن حمام ها/تشناب ها یکه در تهکوی مهمانخانه قرار دارد بصورت روزانه
پاک کاری ورزشگاه و ماشین الات ورزشی
اطمینان حاصل کردن از کارکرد بخاری ها در فصل زمستان
خالی کردن زباله دانی ها بصورت روزانه. آماده بودن جهت جمع آوری زباله ها بر اساس جدول ترتیب شده. انتقال دادن جعبه های تجهیزات و وسایل قابل
حمل ونقل برای ذخیره سازی یا دفع کردن طبق دستور
توضیع کردن آب به تمام منازل به طور روزانه
جاروب کردن راهروها، زینه های بیرونی حد اقل یکبار در روز.وپاک کاری تخت بام ها
پاک کردن کلکین ها، دروازه ها ، پکه ها، تهویه کننده های هوا، وسایل روشنایی در صورت نیاز مطابق به جدول ترتیب شده
شستن فرش ها در صورت نیاز یا درخواست
ارائه خدمات خشکه شویی و آشپزی/آشپزخانه طوری که برای شما سپرده میشود
ارائه کمک اضطراری یا پاک کردن ساحات در صورت نیاز یا درخواست
کمک کردن در قسمت آماده سازی اتاق ها جهت برگذاری جلسات یا سایر فعالیت ها در صورت نیاز یا درخواست
شناسایی و گزارش دهی نگرانی های مربوط به نگهداری، از جمله مشکلات مربوط به لوله کشی، وسایل روشنایی، کلکین ها، دروازه ها و وسایل پاک کاری... اما محدود به موارد ذکر شده نمیگردد
داشتن سواد خواندن و نوشتن برای فارغ صنف دوازده ارجعت داده میشود
داشتن یک الی دو سال تجربه کاری در بخش مربوطه
(“ The IRC encourages employees to remain in a position for at least one year and be in good standing before applying for another position within the organization. if an employee is interested in a vacant position within the organization, he/she must inform his/her supervisor in advance before applying for a new position”)
(However, 1 year is a must to complete but to encourage IRCA employees somehow we are flexible who work in the current IRC position for at least 6 months or above and are given chance to compete for an opportunity in the organization)
