The Scope Registrar is responsible for the accurate registration of beneficiaries for both in-kind and Cash-Based Transfer (CBT) assistance programs. This role requires excellent computer skills, data cleaning, and data uploading capabilities. Additionally, the Scope Registrar will conduct beneficiary surveys via the MODA system and manage the cash-out system effectively.
