Promoting the company's existing brands, products and introducing new products to the market.
Implement strategies to sell products or services.
Build new customer base to maximize sales.
Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
Support and follow up with accounts receivables team in collecting balances.
Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions, support and promoting the exist and new products.
Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
Support Sales and marketing manager in Recruitment, hire, and train new sales representatives.
Receive and report on all sales leads.
Set up monthly targets and follow up the targets achievement.
Responsible for ground level activities such as coordination, Distributions with customers.
Receive and attend to customers in the most professional manner.
Customer and agent acquisition and registration in timely manner and in respect to the compliance in which the training will be provided accordingly.
Having Well customer service all the time and treat customer on well manner.
Processing customer’s payments via cash methodology and Point of Sale (POS).
Troubleshooting customer complain and inquiry and reporting the head office.
Daily Reconciliation with relevant sections.
Supporting sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies in the market.
Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about company products.
Supporting Digital Marketing team in website and social contents in order to drive awareness and attract new customers.
Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
Identifying any business opportunities and report any competitor activity in the designated area.
Self-Capacity Building from daily activities and participating in workshops and trainings providing by the company.
Must providing of daily activities report to the line manager through the reporting channels.
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Meet all sales targets and goals and meet the retailer channel targets.
Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals or targets.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred.
Two (2) years' previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
Demonstrated and proven sales results.
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or
updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with
Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Able to work under pressure and promptly meet deadlines.
