Job Description

Job disruption

  • Implementing Safety plan on the site.
  • Safe operating procedures for equipment such as loaders and cranes
  • Securing sites to ensure safety from falling objects or other hazards
  • Plan and Implement WHS policies and programs
  • Conduct safety training for workers
  • Make on-site inspections
  • Investigate accidents and incidents
  • Monitoring the site for compliance 
  • Keeping records of incidents & safety concerns
  • Develop, monitor and enforce job safety analysis
  • Prepare and Submit reports
  • Serving as a liaison 
  • Communication and Information Dissemination
  • Reporting
  • Health and safety inspections
  • Easy sharing and distribution of project information to team members or external parties
  • Receiving immediate notification
  • Making plan and control the (PPE).

Job Requirements

A Safety Officer should have safety education and training, proven experience in safety management, knowledge of legislation and procedures, report writing skills, data analysis ability, proficiency in MS Office, organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills and have 3-5 years’ experience specially with NGO.
