Job Description

Overview: The Remote Learning Expert will design, implement, and oversee the remote learning components of the Creative Employment Solutions for Afghan Women project. This role involves creating online curricula, facilitating virtual training sessions, and ensuring effective delivery of remote learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:
- Design and develop online training curricula tailored to the needs of Afghan women.
- Ensure that learning materials are accessible, engaging, and effective.
Remote Training Facilitation:
- Conduct virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
- Provide support and guidance to participants during online learning activities.
Technology Integration:
- Utilize appropriate digital tools and platforms to enhance remote learning experiences.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to participants.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Assess the effectiveness of remote learning programs through regular feedback and evaluations.
- Continuously improve remote learning methodologies based on participant feedback and best practices.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in remote learning or e-learning development.
Proficiency in using online learning platforms and tools (e.g., Moodle, Zoom).
Strong instructional design and content creation skills.
Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English.
