Job Description

  • Welcome and greet all patients and visitors at the clinic
  • Register new clients and updating existing client demographics
  • Facilitate patient flow and reducing bottlenecks, support screening and triage
  • Respond to patient inquiries
  • Support affective triage by alter
  • Protects client confidentiality by ensuring health information is secured and not leaving the computer unattended
  • Responsible for the overall data management and record keeping at the health facility
  • Report on weekly basis the updated registration to the Health information Officer and Health Manager
  • Receive and convey messages
  • Fill in daily statistics (registrations, admissions) and submits to doctor
  • Enter required health information from patient files into data system, from initial entry into the clinic and clinical notes.
  • Collaborate closely with medical doctors and other health providers
 

Job Requirements

  • 14 grade, University Degree is preferred 
  • Demonstrated experience and high attention to detail
  • Excellent organization skills: the ability to work independently and productively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure in a stressful environment, displaying patience, compassion and diplomacy.
  • Ability to be innovative, flexible, and adaptive.
  • Ability to live in challenging conditions and ability to work under difficult, high-pressure situations.   
  • Fluency in English, Pashto/Dari
  • Experience with healthcare administration
  • Experience with monitoring and evaluation
