Introduction:
ECOH, working with WFP, is hiring a Project Supervisor/Monitor to ensure effective supervision and monitoring of field activities under the GFA project in Nangarhar and Kunar.

Job Description

  • Implement PSEA and gender-sensitive policies and practices at project sites.
  • Provide training and awareness-raising activities on PSEA and gender issues.
  • Monitor and address any reports of abuse or exploitation.
  • Work with project teams to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.
  • Prepare and submit reports on PSEA and gender activities and issues.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in PSEA, gender issues, or safeguarding roles.
  • Strong knowledge of PSEA policies and gender equality principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and local languages (Pashto/Dari) is essential.
