BRAC International Holdings B.V. (BIHBV) is a socially responsible for-profit organisation engaging people in sustainable economic and income-generating activities. The core focus of BIHBV is to provide microfinance services to people living in poverty to build financial resilience, contribute to women’s economic empowerment and improve the quality of life in the communities it serves. BRAC first expanded its microfinance operations internationally in 2002 and now operates in six countries across Asia and Africa, serving more than 650,000 clients, 96% of whom are women.
Implement AGE project at the districts/ provincial level and execute the planned activities according to the approved frame work and milestones.
2.Take necessary steps for enhancing staff the capacity in order to ensure the quality of activities to fulfill the targets (CBE and PPS schools).
3. Supervise the staff performance and schooling activities in the schools in the field level.
4.Take initiatives to establish effective communication with provincial stakeholders for instance PED, Provincial Governor, Economic Director, other GOs and other NGOs with regards to the project activities.
5.Solve the problems related to the AGE operation and other tasks through mobilizing communities, government bodies and BRAC employees.
6. Ensure procurement, preservation and distribution of the materials according to the BRAC procurement policy and procedures.
7. Prepare monthly action plan to carry out the program activities according to the approved annual work plan.
8 Resolve of the social problem related to school operation in consultation with community people, concern government department and BRAC Officials.
9. Prepare reports and submit it to the concern department timely and regularly.
10.Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the program by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
11.Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
12.Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Job Requirement:
• At least 2 years working experience in education sectors in renowned national NGO and at least 01-year experience at Managerial level
• Skill in project planning, implementing and budget and financial management
• Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point, E-mail in internet browsing
• Has strong team management skill
• Has knowledge on community mobilization activities
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
