Introduction:
ECOH, working with WFP, is hiring a Project Supervisor/Monitor to ensure effective supervision and monitoring of field activities under the GFA project in Nangarhar and Kunar.

Job Description

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day field activities to ensure compliance with project guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to field staff, ensuring the effective implementation of activities.
  • Collect data and prepare reports on project progress and challenges.
  • Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Address any issues or challenges encountered in the field.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in field supervision or monitoring, preferably in a humanitarian context.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and local languages (Pashto/Dari) is essential.
