KEY Functions
The Field supervisor is responsible to participate and assist provincial manager, and the ABADEI project management team in preparation of provincial and district level operation plans. S/he is responsible to implement plan for technically supporting the target health facilities, monitor capacity build activities and provide technical support to ABADEI project in different stages like implementation, supportive supervision, projects status report preparation etc.), and ensures that project is implemented according to agreed project work plan, indicators and targets reflected in technical proposal.

Skills and Experience:
Education and working experience
University degree in Public Health, Medical doctor, Master degree in public health will be a plus.
Languages Skills:
Fluency in spoken and written Dari, Pashtu and English is Highly Desirable.
and written Dari and Pashtu is a requirement. English Language skills is a plus point
