Job Description

The project supervisor, under the direct supervision of the project coordinator/manager, is responsible for the smooth implementation of the humanitarian assistance project in the field;
To manage M&E work plan and ensure relevant logframe milestones of the program are achieved;
Conducting weekly supervision of visits to service delivery points of mobile teams and BHCs;
Provide feedback about findings to field staff and develop a follow-up action plan;
Ensure that implementation of project activities adheres to program and donor requirements;

To supervise regular data collection and ensure the quality of the data by random verifications and validations;
To generate reports based on field qualitative and quantitative data analysis about the trends and magnitude of the project interventions such as RH, returnees/IDPs situation;
Assist MHT team leaders and BHC charge in developing the monthly field activities schedule;

Any other tasks she is assigned to do

Job Requirements

MD degree from a recognized medical faculty

Having at least one year experience in the supervision of health facilities
Proficient in MS office (esp. excel and world);
To be a Nimroz resident;
Fluency in written and spoken local languages;

Good working and reporting skills in English

Skills Required

having experience in the mentioned field
