We are helping children get a better education, we make it possible for more boys and girls to attend school, we help children protect themselves and influence their own conditions. We work with families, communities and health workers in homes, clinics and hospitals to promote basic health in order to save lives of children and mothers
ROLE PURPOSE:
The central role of this middle management level position is to assist LNGB+ Provincial Coordinator on project implementation program. She/he is responsible to supervise the work of community mobilizers, AEP teachers, Facilitators and hub school teachers/mentors, and work closely with district education government authorities, local Shuras (CECs, PTAs, CDCs and etc), and ensure that the program is implemented in high quality standard , and on best interest of children.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :

• She/he will assist LNGB+ Provincial Coordinator in establishing appropriate systems to implement the program in partnership with communities and district education authorities.
• Establish links between communities and schools and assist in maintaining the good relationship with the stakeholders.
• Insure that all education materials are planned in line with project needs, based on project beneficiaries number and work plan and distributed timely
• Insure that all required students documents are in place and in line with MoE policy and requirements
• Work closely with communities (CECs, PTAs and CDCs and etc), and the District Education Department (DED)/ Provincial Education Department (PED) to improve the quality of learning and access to basic education for girls.
• Supervise the work of community mobilisers – AEP teachers, Facilitators and mentors, and facilitate and assist them in the delivery of program work plan.
• Work closely with education authorities, gov. hub schools and Shura to insure that qualified teachers are recruited
• Assist the MEAL officer in the process of project data collections and data management.
• Develop project orientation package, and organize project orientation sessions for the community mobilisers, CEC, PTAs, and invite other key community individuals to participate in the project implementation process.
• Assist project master trainers in identification of training needs, and in organizing training workshops for targeted project beneficiaries.
• Assist the LNGB+ Provincial Coordinator in producing of project progress reports, quarterly reports, and annual reports, and or as per donor reporting schedule.

• Graduated from Education University or any relevant institute.
