Job Description

  • To lead, control and manage the provincial office in terms of program planning, implementation, coordination and monitoring, and evaluation of the project
  • To coordinate the programs with entire project-related stakeholders and engage them when and where required for effective running and implementation of programs
  • To facilitate and coordinate sessions, trainings, venue identification, baseline survey, end-line survey.
  • Overseeing the staff activities, leading the team, tracking progress, and maintaining the policy compliance (implementation tracking documentation, beneficiaries receipt signatures, etc.) and through the promotion pf beneficiary and local authority involvement.
  • Lead the team in conducting the rapid assessment and developing distribution plan and make sure the plan has been executed with timely and coordinated manner.
  • To conduct need assessment, identify and engage with potential beneficiaries and stakeholders, and provide technical assistant and supervision to staff.
  • Lead the project activities and supervise the staff in project interventions and develop reports and sharing it with the Program Manager.
  • To develop program narrative and financial reports and submit on time to ASLO head office
  • Developing a detailed beneficiary database, including secondary data and other documents about them
  • To facilitate monitoring and evaluation, assessments, and surveys of
  •  Developing and maintaining project plans; managing the production of the required
  • products, taking responsibility for overall progress and use of resources and initiating corrective action where necessary; advising the Project Board of any deviations from the plan; identifying and managing risks so that maximum benefit
  • and have experience in(DDR) and livelihood project
  • Activities: Develop weekly activity calendars of all internal team activities, broken down by day
  • Budget: Develop monthly operating and development budget for internal team, broken down by day, code, and activities
  • Coordination
  • Internal: Hold daily meetings with staff to ensure a smooth work process and submit minutes of each meeting to the Executive Director
  • External: Conduct weekly or monthly meetings and coordination in the functions and activities with donor’s and other relevant organizations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, cooperative and helpful attitude, and willingness to work outside normal business hours as needed
  • Politically and culturally sensitive, awareness of gender issues, with qualities of patience, tact and diplomacy
 

Job Requirements

Advanced University Degree (Master's or equivalent) in Business Management, or other relevant discipline. An additional 3 years of relevant work experience in combination with a relevant first university degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) may substitute for the requirement for a Master’s degree.
