Prevention of and protection from sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH) is the individual and collective responsibility of all NAC officers, management, staff, consultants, and volunteers, who are all required to familiarize themselves with, agree to, and act in accordance with NAC’s Ethical Guidelines and Commitment, NAC Child Protection Policy, and NAC PSEAH Policy, at all times – both during and outside working hours – and participate actively in introductory and refresher trainings. NCA seeks a competent and highly motivated Project Coordinator who is a self-starter that can set personal goals, train colleagues, independently identify solutions and build an efficient team. The post holder should be articulate and able to work with different people.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting the project—the post holder act as a bridge between the Project Manager and the regional coordinators.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing regional coordinators. The post holder provides strategic oversight in delivering ICRA projects on time and within budget. The post holder liaises with ICRA technical leads and ensures that regional staff and partners receive timely and appropriate technical support.
The winning candidate should have excellent leadership and project management skills. The post holder must also be articulate in presenting solutions to problems and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
