About NQA ( Nai Qala Association )

Who we are: NQA is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization founded in 2007. Nai Qala Association was formally registered with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan in 2013. NQA is dedicated to the advancement of education and health in remote and neglected regions of Afghanistan, with a specific focus on and commitment towards women and girls.

Job Description

Effective coordination and holding meetings with local communities, institutions, government sectors and other relevant stakeholders at the center level, province.
Assist in planning, organizing/facilitating and implementing project activities in close coordination with project manager.
Traveling to the villages and districts of remote provinces to cooperate in the review and assessment of needs, completing assessment forms and submitting them to the Kabul office.
Continuous communication with the Kabul office and colleagues in the field to ensure the coordination and progress of projects activities.
Participate in the meetings of the government sectors and other NGOS.
Assist the project manger and other relevant colleagues to prepare timely and quality reports.
Collecting statistics and other up-to-date data information from communities and localities covered by NQA.
Assist in ensuring the NQA’s Kabul office from the normal and regular implementation of projects.
Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly and yearly operational and monitoring plan for projects.
Ability to conduct surveys, reviews and evaluations for new projects.
Contribute in monitoring and evaluation of projects.
Process the project documents in the Government relevant sectors.
Assist in reviewing the projects reports and preparing a summery from the reports for the project manger.
Any other task may assigned by NQA management.

Job Requirements

Education & Training:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree , Economy or Social Science are preferred.
At least 3 years of related experience with local and international Organizations.
Strong understanding of Pashto, Dari and English languages,
Able to travel inside Afghanistan and related districts, outside of the duty station as and when required.
