HHRD Afghanistan (Regional Office of Helping Hand USA) got registered as an international INGO in February 2014 with the number of (402) with the ministry of economy in the Islamic republic of Afghanistan to serve Afghan destitute families all over Afghanistan.
HHRD planned to hire suitable Poultry trainer for its poultry project for widows and disabled in Laghman and Nangarhar province, he will be based in the field office and travel to the areas of implementation on daily bases..
To work closely with the poultry producing groups and monitor poultry activities in the targeted districts.
- Report to project coordinator and program manager of poultry project inputs/activities according to the agreed project ToR specification and manage the poultry inputs, especially pullets, feed, drinkers, feeders, wire mesh, vaccines and medicines etc.
- Deliver standard training messages to the targeted beneficiaries according to the training manual produced by poultry project manager
- Organize on site trainings for female farmers follow the ToR for conducting such trainings.
- Keep all the records of poultry activities, input delivery /supply and assure the quality and quantity of inputs according to the ToR of the project .
- Report the activities on monthly basis to project coordinator .
- Help project coordinator to plan and implement the poultry activities.
- Conduct poultry trainings for the beneficiaries, prepare training materials and manuals related to poultry
- Coordination/ linkages with other partners working in livestock/poultry sector.
- Report any outbreak of poultry disease to nearest VFUs immediately
