Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Training Manager, the trainer contributes to the implementation of the mandate and the 10-year strategy of Humanity & Inclusion in Afghanistan. The trainer is contributing in the implementation of PHARDA project in intervention areas to ensure optimal quality and the impact of the project implemented by means of a delegation system with appropriate oversight mechanisms. With all the other HI staff, the trainer shares responsibility for the sound management and effective functioning of the global organization. The trainer is based in Herat/Kandahar.
The Duties and responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility 1: Enhance the potential for retention of capacities in key technical areas and successful engagement with physical rehabilitation services across Afghanistan of graduates from previous physical rehabilitation training program (TIQRA I and II), which involves the following specific activities:
Responsibility 2: Contribute to the Improvement of the capacities of physical rehabilitation and health professionals, physiotherapy trainers, and mentors in Western or Southern region,
Responsibility 3: Ensure that project implementation complies with the existing frameworks
Responsibility 4: Ensure project monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning
Responsibility 5: Ensure project data management
Responsibility 6: Coordinate the teams involved in the project
Responsibility 7: Other
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualification: Relevant studies (Physiotherapy having Diploma, Bachelor or master Degree).
Experience: at least two years of professional experience in teaching and clinical work of physiotherapy.
General skills
Computer and IT Skill: MS Word, and Power Point. Familiarity with using outlook, MS Team and etc
