Watan's Social and Technical services Association «WSTA» is a humanitarian organization, established in 1992 for the purpose of assisting vulnerable Afghan returnees and IDPs, This organization has been registered with ministry of Economy and has the permission to work in all over the country. As well as WSTA has membership of ANCB, ACBAR and based on code No. WON and registration No. OPS-CR-0535, with estimable UNOPS office.
WSTA is currently implementing 4 projects under 1st SA 2022 and also having 3 projects under 3rd RA 2022 therefore, the need for a partnership manager was crucial. We are adding this dedicated position to ensure we can address all the partnership requirements, and also work with other humanitarian and development actors to create a linkage between our programming for the broader impact and sustainability. He/She will be based in our Kabul main office, and will have frequent travel to our regional and field offices. Only salary is considered with no other allowances.
WSTA is looking for a Grants & Partnerships Manager to join the Afghanistan mission. The role holder will lead the facilitation of effective grants management across the country operations. He/she will ensure compliance for the grant portfolio, supervise agreements with local partners, oversee capacity development initiatives, supporting activities under the project cycle management framework.
