Job Description

Basic Function and Scope:

Manage and coordinate the daily construction and production of the oilfield surface engineering projects to ensure the safe、steady and orderly progress of the projects.

Tasks and Duties:

Responsible for the supervision and implementation management of the progress、 quality、 cost、 safety and civilized construction objectives and schemes of oilfield surface engineering projects.
Responsible for the selection、 contact of surface engineering project planning & design units, organization of project plan, construction drawing review、 quantity calculation, and other work.
Check the establishment of the organization of the construction unit, the qualification of personnel and equipment, the construction plan and implementation; track the site construction, check the safety, quality, and progress of the project, and participate in the acceptance of all stages and final acceptance.
Responsible for the supporting research of oilfield surface oil and gas gathering and transportation systems, oil, and gas, water treatment systems, water supply and drainage systems, and other systems and engineering projects, and the coordination and treatment of process equipment problems.
Responsible for the construction of the station, the laying and operation of ground pipelines, the rectification and maintenance of oil production and water injection wellhead, the coordination and organization of the maintenance and rectification of oil production and water injection pipe networks, and the construction of various pipelines of the oil, gas and water centralized treatment stations, etc.
Supervise the implementation of the safety and technical production measures of the project, arrange and plan the construction site, be responsible for organizing the implementation and solving the coordination and solution of various problems on the project construction site, and deal with emergencies in the construction process of the project promptly.
Carry out and finish all tasks assigned by the superior.

HSE

HSE Responsibilities:

a) Ensure that all activities shall be carried out in compliance with HSE Procedures and standards.

b) Ensure pre-job safety meetings are conducted before each job.

c) Communicate with the subordinate on HSE issues through meetings and briefings.

d) Identify hazards including unsafe acts and take corrective measures.

e) Report on accidents and incidents timely, including errors and faults.

Job Requirements

To qualify for a position as a Petroleum Engineer, candidates must meet the following educational and certification criteria.
Experience working in a project or program environment across a large organization.
Experienced in leading and influencing others to meet fixed deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Ability to analyze and interpret data, and then implement a program to improve performance.
Approachable and positive; good at leading and motivating others
Master's degree preferable
At least 10 years of experience leading or supervising a team in a relevant field.
A sound understanding of engineering principles.
The ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.
The ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to process negative feedback and remain professional.
The ability to work onsite and in the office
