Job Description

• Comply with local laws and the company's management regulations;
• Responsible for the completion of the company's safety, quality, schedule, and investment targets for CPF construction;
• Responsible for the construction management of all facilities within CPF, and the overall control of safety, quality, progress, and investment in the whole construction process.
• Responsible for organizing the review of CPF geological prospecting documents; Responsible for organizing the review of the general plan of the station;
• Responsible for the audit of CPF oil process, water process, fire protection system, public facilities, DCS, FGS, PA/GA technical solutions;
• Responsible for organizing the preparation of the scope of work of CPF basic design bidding technical documents; Responsible for basic design tender documents technical evaluation;
• Responsible for managing the whole process of basic design and organizing the review of CPF basic design documents;
• Responsible for organizing the preparation of the technical part of CPF EPC bidding documents; Organizing the technical evaluation of EPC tender documents;
• Responsible for organizing the management of CPF EPC construction; Such as detailed design, model review, HAZOP analysis, tracking and managing design progress, and organizing audit of design quality; Tracking the procurement, managing the construction specialties such as civil engineering, technology, electrical, equipment, communication and instrumentation, and manage the trial operation project;
• Responsible for organizing the three checks and four confirmations of CPF's mechanical completion, and organizing the supervision of CPF's trial operation and 72-hour performance test;
• Responsible for the position establishment of CPF operation team and providing suggestions to the operation team; Organize equipment training, process training, and emergency training for operation team;
• Responsible for coordinating the project handover between EPC contractors and oil extraction plants;
• Responsible for organizing the review of CPF operation manual, maintenance manual and emergency repair plan;
• Carry out other work arranged by superior leaders.
