عرضه خدمات موثر، مصون، با کیفیت ومعیاری جهت کاهش خطرات مراقبت های نرسنگ درسطح سرویس مربوط مطابق  رهنمود ها و پالیسی های  وزارت

1. مسول ذخيره ونگهداري واکسين و ديگر وسايل واکسين مطابق رهنمود
2. حفظ زنجيره سرد واکسين ها و ترتيب پلان کاري براي مرکز ثابت واکسين و اوتريچ مطابق رهنمود
3. تطبيق جلسات واکسين مطابق تقسيم اوقات تهيه شده
4. تهيه و ارايه جلسات تعليمات صحي در مورد پروگرام معافيت کتلوي، اسهالات، امراض تنفسي و تغذي به مراجعین .
5. جمع آوري و توحيد راپور فعاليت هاي تيم واکسين و ارسال آن به طور ماهوار به رياست شفاخانه مربوطه.
6. اشتراک فعال در روز هاي ملي واکسيناسيون.
7. تهيه و ترتيب پلان عملياتي و ترننگ هاي روز هاي ملي واکسين براي رضاکاران
8. تهيه لست موجودي تيم واکسين بطور سالانه.
9. اشتراک وسهولت بخشيدن در جلسات واکسن کارکنان صحي جامعه
10. تهيه لست درخواستي براي واکسين و ديگر سامان آلات واکسين و ارسال آن به زياست شفاخانه مربوطه.
11. مراعات و تطبق ستندرد هاي معرفي شده بخصوص وقايه انتان.

ÿ Copy of verified Medical Doctor Degree by Ministry of Higher Education
ÿ Copy of verified Master degree by Ministry of Higher Education 
B. Copy of National Identity Card (Tazkira: Only the pages that show picture and Tazkira number, pages, place of issue and date of issue)
