Job Description

  • Summary of Key Functions

The primary responsibility of the trainers is to provide quality Motorbike repairing training to BNFs following the agreed syllabus and implementation schedule and to coordinate the teaching schedule with other trainers:

  • Business Development Officer and Filed Supervisor

Duty Locations:

      Duty Locations: Herat Province (Injil, Guzara and Zendajan districts)    

     Key Results Expected:

  • The trainer follows the approved syllabus for the training of the participant in motorbike repair training.
  • The training should balance theory and practical sessions based on the level of the participants.
  • The trainer develops a detailed plan based on the approved curriculum.
  • Ensures the use of the spare parts in the most productive manner towards the proper functioning of the motorbike.
  • Plan and prepare the daily training based on the progress of the trainees.
  • Organizing and setting up the training center based on the coursework.
  • Continuous evaluation of the students to ensure the effectiveness of the course taught.
  • Maintain the proper inventory of the things handed over to the trainer/center.
  • Guiding students in group and practical work to get better results.
  • Providing a monthly report of the activities and achievements of the relevant training to the relevant authorities (Field supervisor/ Business development officer).
  • Ensure that technical training is well planned and implemented to best meet their trainee’s motorbike skills development.
  • Consult with business development officer and project supervisor on training-related affairs.
  • Address any problems that trainees may encounter immediately to the Center Supervisor and take the appropriate steps to solve them.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience

  • High School diploma/ 14th graduated.
  • Two/three years’ experience.
  • Ability to work in team-based environment.
  • Self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of the Motorbike repairing process.
  • Thorough understanding of Motorbike repairing identification systems.
  • Effective reading, writing and interpretive communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of materials identification systems.
