Job Description

The MIS/ Data Entry officer will have the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the MIS database.
    • Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Organize and store data files in accordance with company policies.
    • Assist in generating and preparing regular and ad-hoc reports.
    • Conduct routine checks to ensure data consistency and quality.
    • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to collect, compile, and verify required data.
  • Provide support for data analysis and information requests.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3 Years Prior experience in data entry, data management, or a related field is often required or preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights or recommendations based on findings.
  • Ability to ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Pashto, Dari is in preferred.
  • Experience with reporting tools and generating reports from databases.
  • Good planning skills

Note:- There is a three months of probationary period for all staff, In case the employee fails to fulfill the requirements or completion of given tasks during this period OCCD can end his/her contract immediately
