Job Description

• Support all technical staff for improvement of skills and work progress
• Ensure  proper care of patient  and to build an improved culture of collaboration among specialists, primary care physicians, nurses, and others
• To provide all needed assistance and facilities within the available resources to the patients
• Timely review, oversight and documentation of patient care by respective units and nurses involved
•  Supervise and provide on the job training on technical issues to hospital technical staff
• Analyze hospital HMIS data on monthly basis and developing action plan for improvement
•  Oversee guidelines, protocols and standards implementation and progress
•  Developing action plan against internal and external monitoring feedback and follow up
• Weekly participation in clinical conferences  to review active cases
• Coordinate on-call duty and make sure 24 hours coverage with the assigned team, seven days per Week
• Attending hospital management board meetings and other ad hoc meetings
• Responsible to provide capacity building facilities for hospital doctors
• Follow established departmental policies, procedures and objectives; continuous quality improvement initiative, safety environmental and infection prevention standards

Monitor and supervise the progress of trainings, EPI, nutrition, community health development, laboratory and pharmacy.
