About Emergency Care Organization for Humanity ECOH

Introduction:
ECOH, working with WFP, is hiring a Project Supervisor/Monitor to ensure effective supervision and monitoring of field activities under the GFA project in Nangarhar and Kunar.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement M&E plans to track project indicators and outcomes.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess project performance.
  • Prepare regular M&E reports and present findings to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for project improvement.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the project cycle.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, particularly in humanitarian projects.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and local languages (Pashto/Dari) is essential.
