About Movement for Protection Organization(MPO)

Movement for protection Organization – MPO is an Afghan National, Non-profitable, non-political, non-governmental civil society organization established in 2007, registered with the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan as registration # 1016. MPO is working for protection and emergency response education, livelihood and economic development advocacy and peace building.

Job Description

MPO will hire M&E Data Collector in Badghis Province. They will be assisting Project Manager and team in Monitoring and Evaluation related activities of the Project. They will be responsible to develop the M&E tools, train staff in data collection and amyls the Data. They will also helping project team to monitor progress toward the project Objectives and Indicators.

Lead project team in the development and implementation of an M&E system and oversee routine program monitoring activities. Ensure the quality and relevance of the project’s monitoring and evaluation design.
Utilize the Collaborative, Learning and Adapting Approach to continually assess project progress and inform project management decision-making.
Ensure the quality of M&E related data to be collected throughout the program implementation.
Participate in the preparation and facilitation of informational meetings with World Education’s partners.
Document results of the M & E system and produce periodic reports required by World Education and donor agencies.
Assist the various program teams in data analysis.
Train staff of partner NGOs in data collection methodology and in the M & E system, in general.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in BBA, MBA, Accounting or relevant field
Knowledge of NGO operations
Minimum 2-3 years’ specific experience in NGO context is required
Knowledge of data collection and reporting
Knowledge in writing technical reports is essential
Knowledge on Core humanitarian standards and human rights
Knowledge on the humanitarian operations
Fluency in local language and excellent reporting skill is required
