Job Requirements

Provincial Officer ToR

 

The Provincial Officer will be based in Badghis who will have more than 3 years of Experience in relevant fields. His duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  1. Assist the Project Manager in implementing the overall project activities
  2. Responsible for leading and guiding the provincial and district level field staff
  3. Responsible for organizing ToTs and orientation for field staff on effective implementation of the project
  4. Meeting with different provincial and district level authorities and stakeholders
  5. Closely working with the district level staff to identify the locations for CBE classes
  6. Work with the field staff to identify and finalize the list of children who will be enrolled in the CBE classes
  7. Monitor and evaluate the progress of the project implementation
  8. Identify challenges and share them with the project manager along with potential mitigation measures
  9. Communicate with the Project Manager on the progress of the project implementation
  10. Develop action plans and schedules for the field staff
  11. Develop weekly progress reports and share them with the Project Manager
  12. Review the project expenditures and take approval from the Project Manager and Finance Manager
  13. Travel to the targeted districts to monitor the project implementation, resolve issues, and meet with the project stakeholders and district level authorities
  14. Other tasks assigned by the project manager
