Job Description

Knowledge and full skill about regulations and Principe of logistics and procurement of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
Knowledge and skill of creation and implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation system especially about logistic and procurement issues.
Must have Skill, knowledge and conduct of a leader and manager so that would enable him to get maximum advantage and achieve goals from limited resources of the organization
In different critical conditions especially during crises, must be able to take correct and on time decisions
Must be a firm communicator and must have understanding so that in a cooperative way, horizontally and vertically with others within the organization implement the affairs of the Logistic Unit
Must have analytical and evolutionary ability to evaluate status of budget expenditure especially about logistical and procurement issues of projects
Must have ability of work with usual programs of computer
Must have skill in working with Information technology
And finally capability of analyzing information with regarding to effectiveness and efficiency especially with regard to Logistical issues and requirements of different stakeholders of the project
Full awareness of security policies of organization and goal of organization from environment’s security status

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of working experience in with bachelor degree.

Excellent language presidency in spoken and written Pashto and Dari.

Computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Once package and the Internet are required.

Must be capable of working both individually and as part of a team to undertake tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, diligence, diplomacy, willingness to listen, and respect for colleagues.

Language Requirement:

Fluency in Dari, Pashtu and minimum level knowledge of spoken English is required for the post.
