SCA Background:
The Swedish Committee for Afghanistan (SCA) has been working in Afghanistan since 1982, presently managing development programs concerning Health, Education, Rural Livelihoods, and Community Governance, with a total annual budget of roughly USD 40 million. Scope of work:
Under direct supervision of the rural development project manager, the grant and loan officer is responsible for managing regional loan and grant management, which will be an individual productive loan, block grant arrangement, internal and external reporting, and regular loan and grant database updating. Moreover, the loan and grant officer is responsible to improve and maintain the filing system (hard & soft) and keeping updated loan and grant photo galleries. She/he is responsible for the daily follow-up with clients, managing the repayment schedule with saving group/producer groups, facilitate the bank transfer process with close collaboration with the finance team. Cross-check the disbursed productive loan figures as well as the seed capital with individual and producer groups. demands processing, stock follow up and updating files as well as meeting arrangements & reporting about any case related to loans and grants.
