Knowledge and Rehabilitation Organization (KRO) is a national level, non-political, non-profitable, non-governmental organization working for humanitarian and rehabilitation roots in Afghanistan. KRO is an Afghan organization that is committed to the development of the local economy and building local capacity for sustainable development.
The major responsibilities of the Field Supervisor are planning, managing routine field operations, managing the work schedules of the field staff, and adjusting them as needed. Ultimately, preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports, building good working relationships with customers, and resolving customer complaints in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities of the Job:
