SCA Background
The Swedish Committee for Afghanistan (SCA) has been working in Afghanistan since 1982, presently managing development Programs concerning Health, Education, Rural Livelihoods and Community Governance, with a total annual budget of roughly USD 40 million. The total number of staff is slightly over 7,386.During the last 10 years SCA has undertaken a change process moving from a primarily humanitarian service delivery approach towards more of a developmental role, putting increasing emphasis on capacity development, rights-based programming, and outcome orientation. The mission of SCA is to empower individuals, communities, and local organizations, primarily in rural areas and with particular focus on women, girls, boys and vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities, so that they may participate fully in society and influence their own development. برنامه اموزش برای زندگی صحت مند یک برنامه اموزشی صحی و سواد اموزی میباشد که در همه ولسوالی ها پروان صنوف درسی خود را برای خانم های بی سواد ایجاد نموده دراین برنامه برای خانم های بی سواد ظبق ستندرد و کورکولم ریاست سواد اموزی وزارت معارف و کتب پیام های صحی وزارت صحت عامه درس داده میشود. سوپروایزر برنامه اموزش برای زندگی صحت مند مکلف است تمام وظاف سوپروایزر را که پلان ,تنظیم ,تطبیق, راپور و سوپرویژن برنامه به سطح اجتماع از صنوف برنامه اموزش برای زندګی صحت مند میباشد انجام بدهد
Learning for Healthy Life (LHL) is a component of SCA’s RH project to be selected districts in Four provinces (Parwan,Laghman, wardak and Mazar) by SCA where the BPHS is implemented or not. This initiative is inspired by the need to improve the community understanding about the health related issues and promote the literacy level of females. The LHL Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, facilitating, implementing, supervising and monitoring of the LHL classes at the community level. She will work in close cooperation and coordination with other relevant unites for successful implementation of the project. She will Provide supervision report and follow up action plan and feedbacks, provide on job training to the project team during the supervision, Manage and follow up supervision work plans, prepare report of meeting attended, Prepare monthly supervision and field trip report.
