Ensure store security and safety of commodities.
Facilitating and arrangement of space for accommodation of incoming commodities.
Make sure that, the system in place meets the requirement of the MAIL
Make sure that the asset tag # is released and paste to eligible items.
Make sure that inventory database is properly handled and the reports are accurate and reliable.
Managing Stocks for both supplies and equipment according to the MAIL commodity management manual.
Make sure that ledgers and bin cards for all the items in store is updated.
Monitor all stocked items condition.
Ensure that requested items are dispatched as per plan to the destination points and expected destination on time.
The stock for the emergency programs should be in place.
Liaise the store-related issues with department heads and directors.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and submit it on time to Operations Manager
Clear property records from employees who leave the project and manage the personal receipt files
Inventory officer monitor available supplies, materials and goods in order to ensure that employees have access to the materials they need on time.And other related tasks as assigned by respective supervisors
