Job Description

HR Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare together with the relevant department the ToRs for the new positions
  2. Advertise the Vacancy into ACBAR, Jobs.af and other national or international sites for broad circulation
  3. Do longlisting and shortlisting of CVs based on their qualifications
  4. Arrange and coordinate interview and or written test.
  5. Getting reference check and other required documents from the successful candidate for his/her personnel file
  6. Prepare and review the Personnel Files of staff to be completed based on the check-lists
  7. Prepare and conduct the staff evaluation after probationary period in coordination with the his/her supervisor
  8. Review the HR, Admin and procurement policies to be updated
  9. Orient new recruited staff on HR, Admin and procurement procedures
  10. Assure the new staff understand relevant policies are in practice by all staff
  11.  Arrange and oversee the attendance/timesheet of the staff.
  12. Maintain leave record of national and international staff and circulate for them on monthly basis
  13. Prepare employment contract for new hiring.
  14. Suggest training and capacity building course for the staff who requires career development in order to improve his/her career based on needs of organization
  15. Do any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Administrative Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update assets list and stock and stationeries.
  2. Responsible for tickets booking, lodging and other trip arrangements.
  3. Make sure logistical support/office needs are supplied to provincial office.
  4. Draft letters, memos and reports in English and national languages.
  5. Arrange all needs for staff meetings and conferences.
  6. Responsible for arranging vehicles for staff transport and maintaining the logbook of vehicles
  7. Make sure IT devices, vehicles, generator and other office equipment are functional.
  8. Responsible to translate, reports, bills, invoices and other Docs. when required.
  9. Oversee kitchen, lunch arrangement and support staff.
  10. Assist procurement team in recording and other procurement aspects
  11. Do any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Minimum requirement is to have a BBA, MBA is preferred 
  • At least 5 years of working experience in HR and Admin with similar responsibilities
  • Excellent command of National Languages and English language
  • Should have effective communication skill, be flexible, can work under work-load
  • Should be self-initiator and innovator
