Based at CARE Afghanistan Kabul Office with rare field office visits
The HR Supervisor provides full support in administering the mission’s HR functions; and implementation of the in place HR policies and procedures; ensures the alignment of HR functions in his/her role with organizational core values; supervise the HR officers and serves the role of Acting HR Manager in his absence. Represent CARE in Some external NGO forums and maintain liaising with CARE Departments and programs in Kabul and provinces

Education: University graduate, in, Business Management or other relevant field
Work Experience: Minimum 5 years’ extensive work experience in HR and preferably with International NGOs
Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English, Pashtu and Dari is a requirement.
