International Medical Corps (IMC) is a global humanitarian nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and relief programs. IMC is carrying out medical relief services in several provinces of Afghanistan.
Job Purpose :
The HR internship role offers practical experience to students or recent graduates in areas such as human resources management, including recruiting and hiring processes, maintaining employee records, Job advertisement, and supporting employee training and development programs. She gains insight into HR processes and contributes to essential functions while learning valuable skills.
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
The following are the planned activities for the training of the intern:
• Reviewing of the completed recruitment & hiring files,
• Checking and sorting of the files based on the personnel file checklist,
• Creating of hard and soft personnel files,
• Labeling of the hard personnel files and creating a proper folder for soft personnel files,

Qualifications: Recent graduate in a related bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Economics, BBA or BBM, Specialized in HRM

• Good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field,
• Organizational and time-management abilities,
• Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality,
• English, Dari, and Pashtu speaking /writing skills,
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excel, and the Internet,
