Job Description

Assignment.

The HR Intern is working under the direct supervision of the Sr. HR Officer/ CHRM.

Functions

  1. General objectives of the position:

 To update HR personnel files properly on a regular basis

  1. Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Filing of new employee documents and arranging personnel files.
  • Update HR personnel files properly on a regular basis, labeling them and arranging according to ACTED HR system
  • Scan and maintain national and international personnel files
  • Maintain and update accurate attendance records
  • File all the hard copies in the relevant department according to the filing procedures of ACTED
  • Keep the archives tidy and ensure that hard copies can be retrieved efficiently when needed for any purpose
  • Retrieve and prepare the documents requested by the audit or by the line manager
  • Receive and scan all the relevant documents of the mission
  • Give regular feedback to the line manager and report directly any issue or incident
  • Participates in the relevant department’s weekly meeting and any other meetings as requested by the line manager
 

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business administration (HR Management) or social sciences
  • Knowledge of HR practices mainly handling personnel files
  • Good comment in written and spoken English as well as native languages;
  • Proactive and organized
  • Ability to commence work immediately
  • Can work with male and female staff
