He/She is responsible to assist the HR officer in collection of attendance reports and its support documents, completion and updating personnel files at HF and provincial office level. He/she must have 2 years of successful work experience at BPHS/EPHS or similar projects. Working knowledge of English language and computer skills in MS office program is must.
The HR Assistant responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Administering leave plans, preparing, collecting and certifying employee attendance documentation Maintains & updates the leave balances
