Job Description:

He/She is responsible to assist the HR officer in collection of attendance reports and its support documents, completion and updating personnel files at HF and provincial office level. He/she must have 2 years of successful work experience at BPHS/EPHS or similar projects. Working knowledge of English language and computer skills in MS office program is must.

The HR Assistant responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

 

  • In close coordination with HR officer, Manage all human resource activities.
  • Overall management of all staff personnel records.
  • Prepare and maintain time sheets of all staff on monthly basis.
  • Assist monthly payroll of all staff and update the personnel record.
  • Fill record and maintain the leave balance of all staff.
  • Management of filling system (employment records, correspondence, meeting minutes, etc.)
  • Draft the minutes of the meetings as required.
  • Issue staff ID cards.
  • Keep and maintain a proper and comprehensive staff list with all required information.
  • Keep, maintain and update staff contact list.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development

Administering leave plans, preparing, collecting and certifying employee attendance                     documentation Maintains & updates the leave balances

 

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from recognized high school.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer skill is essential and must.
  • Fluent in local languages and strong interpersonal skills in English.
  • At least two years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to work alongside others under stressful conditions in conflict-prone situations
