Introduction:
ECOH, working with WFP, is hiring a Project Supervisor/Monitor to ensure effective supervision and monitoring of field activities under the GFA project in Nangarhar and Kunar.

Job Description

  • Assist beneficiaries at distribution points, providing information and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries and complaints.
  • Work closely with project staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Prepare and submit reports on help desk activities.
  • Ensure that all beneficiaries are treated with respect and dignity.

Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience in customer service or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and local languages (Pashto/Dari) is essential.
