Job Summary:

Rana University is seeking a dynamic, creative, and talented Manager professional to join its Capital Solutions team based in Kabul. You will work together with a team of specialists to design, implement and evaluate a wide range of Academic staffing and workforce projects. Specifically, the assignment will involve implementing the instructions and policies of Higher Education also liaising with employers and clients, and designing an innovative management system in the HoL department. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, so adaptability, flexibility, experience, and innovative thinking are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Arranging Short term, mid-term & long-term work plans in order to achieve the set goals by the academic board of Rana University and based on Ministry of Higher Education law and policies.
• Reviewing and ensuring the authenticity of the credentials of the newly appointed academic staff based on the roles and regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education.
• Evaluation of the candidate’s qualifications in order to identify the trained and expert academic members.
• Supervised and control of the appointment and dismissal of academic staff in order to implement organizational principles and regulations.
• Follow up the newly appointed academic member, promotion and registration of academic staff, and complete required procedures from the Rana University and Ministry of Higher Education
• Completion of required documents related to the employment and contract of academic staff
• Establish and control standard and regular filing systems including a standard filing system for their personal files.
• Control and monitor the work performance of employees under the effect
• Following up and performing all other related tasks and responsibilities related to the Head Office of the Lecturers (UAO) of Rana University.
