Job Description

BAMAL Institute and Consultancy is a leading organization dedicated to providing high-quality education and consulting services. With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the General Manager.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of BAMAL Institute and Consultancy. This leadership role requires a results-driven professional with exceptional managerial skills, business acumen, and a passion for educational excellence. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, foster a positive organizational culture, and drive the achievement of BAMAL's goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

  1. Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
    • Provide leadership in identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.

  2. Operational Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement and optimize organizational policies and procedures.

  3. Financial Management:

    • Manage budgeting and financial planning to ensure financial sustainability.
    • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.

  4. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance organizational cohesion.

  5. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

  6. Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality education and consulting services.
    • Implement quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

  7. Market Analysis and Business Development:

    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
    • Identify and pursue business development opportunities.

  8. Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
    • Mitigate organizational risks through effective risk management practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the education or consultancy sector.
  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
