Job Description

Conduct training sessions for public school staff and teachers on mobilization strategies and educational programs.
Develop and implement effective mobilization plans to increase participation and engagement in public school activities.
Build relationships with the public school management, teachers, and other stakeholders to promote program goals.
Organize and lead workshops or events to engage parents, students, and the community.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of mobilization efforts and recommend improvements.
Stay updated on educational policies and practices to ensure alignment with program objectives.
Provide ongoing support and resources to schools for the successful implementation of mobilization strategies.

Any other task assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

At least grade 16 educations from higher education degree in the field of education will be desirable.
Strong training skills, preferably for community teachers
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Pashto, Dari is in preferred.
At least two years’ experience in developing and implementing of teacher training programs, as well as some experience of school teaching and one- year relevant experience.
Knowledge of the value of education in Holy Islam, the child development and the current trends of education in Afghanistan
Knowledge of the local community structure, dynamics and development.
Good planning skills

Note:- There is a three months of probationary period for all staff, In case the employee fails to fulfill the requirements or completion of given tasks during this period OCCD can end his/her contract immediately
