The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) is a member-based solidarity organization that has been working in support and solidarity with the Afghan people for more than 35 years. Major Duties and Responsibilities:
The food security officer will be the lead team member for implementing Emergency Cash for Food Assistance to IPC 3 and 4 populations of Faryab Province. The food security officer will be the responsible lead person at district level and will implement the project in close coordination with project coordinator at provincial level and as well as country office technical team.
Reporting directly to the project coordinator and he/she will lead the overall planning, supervision and implementation of the project at assigned districts level.
