How can you make a difference?
Provide operational grants management and control by reviewing & processing Non-Grant and Other Resources grants from donors ensuring that funds are appropriately allocated to Operations, developing and managing the annual Operations budget, including all zone offices, as well as cost-sharing, managing requests for support and information from internal and external stakeholders as well as managing OR Funds (Expired grants).
Contribute to financial and administrative processes by processing cash receipts and reconciling income contributions to ensure their timely deposit and recording in UNICEF systems, monitoring and analyzing financial transactions, accounting reports, and reconciliation of accounts to ensure accurate and current financial information for applicable compliance (e.g. IPSAS, donor reporting, internal policies) and management oversight, planning and/or action, and providing backup cover to other contribution unit team members as required.
Manage requests for support and information from internal and external stakeholders by responding to requests from the Operations management team and Budget management unit on grant-specific issues as well as carrying out any other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
