Job Description

Since its establishment in 2012, Akbarzada Logistic Services (ALS) has cultivated extensive expertise, successfully executing a diverse array of tasks in logistics, procurement, transportation, security, and food services. ALS has consistently demonstrated its commitment to excellence by providing a comprehensive range of products and services, including the supply of IT and Communication equipment, generators, kitchen appliances, dwelling essentials, furniture, and various electrical equipment.

 

Furthermore, ALS has undertaken significant projects, encompassing tasks such as vehicle leasing and the construction of small-scale infrastructure, including bridges, walls, asphalt roads, and drainage systems. involves managing collections, purchasing, preparing payroll, and creating cashbooks using spreadsheets and ERP. The Finance Executive will ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and adherence to financial regulations and guidelines Objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with month-end financial reports
  • Post journal entries
  • Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
  • Assist with audits
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Work with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts
  • Manage the monthly tracking of our physical inventory
  • Support the payment processing team
  • Data entry
  • Contract setup and close out
  • Rate development
  • Financial planning
  • Analyze client’s financial situation through fact finding and discuss long-term goals to determine your
  • client’s needs
  • Provide support to credit analysts with analysis of financial information and credit reports.
  • Prepare financial and collateral analysis and narration in loan reviews.
  • Monitor individual loans and compile periodic reviews and analysis.
  • Assist with credit presentations.
  • Prepared Financial statement .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1 years experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets MS. Excel and ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess qualities of humility, maturity, respectfulness, honesty, and integrity.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Have command on both National Languages (Dari & Pashto)
