Quest Financial Services LLC is an accounting company based in Kabul, Afghanistan, providing professional financial services to international organizations and Afghan businesses. Led by an American CPA and staffed by qualified Afghans, the Quest team combines international best practices with local Afghan knowledge to provide a comprehensive set of accounting and tax services. Quest Financial Services specializes in outsourced accounting services, tax advisory and compliance, financial system implementation, and training.
We are looking for qualified candidates with an MBA or business-related degree and 7+ ACCA papers with at least 4 years of experience in the accounting or financial management field. We seek people who are loyal, honest, hardworking, willing to learn, and competent in working with Afghan businesses to improve their financial systems.
This is a 6-month position, with a possible contract extension.
The Finance Mentor is responsible to manage multiple Afghan businesses as assigned, delivering excellent services and providing high-quality mentorship to Finance Graduates and client staff. Specific responsibilities include:
