Job Description

Review and check Staff Mahram Payments
Review and Check vendor invoices / and keep filing system.
Assisting the Finance team in preparing monthly tax reports
Providing support during grants audits
Preparing bank transfer application letters and writing checks
Preparing payment requests for supplier payments
Assisting Finance Assistants with clearing the online Integra system for cash and bank payments
Assisting with month-end financial reports
Developing and maintaining a good filing system for financial documents
Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Must be computer literate: MS Excel and MS word packages
Fresh Graduate from University in the field of Accounting, Economics.
Detail orientated, organized, and able to work well in fast paced environment.
Should be able to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal skills)
Should be able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
Should have team spirit, and work to foster good cooperation with other colleagues in the team and wider IRC Country Program.
