The Afghanistan Capacity Development and Educational Organization (ACDEO) is an Afghan, non-governmental, non-political, non-profit and nationally registered NGO established in 2012. ACDEO is committed to Afghanistan’s development and is dedicated to assisting the country’s most vulnerable individuals by enhancing social welfare and promoting a better quality of life for Afghans and their families within the framework of Islam.
ACDEO provides women and children the opportunities for mental health and psychosocial counselling, and education enabling them to help themselves and their families. ACDEO has primarily focused on supporting Afghan women and their families in different areas such as Family Support Helpline, Education Promotion and Sustainability Promotion.
ACDEO vision is “a just and peaceful Afghanistan for women, children, and men have enhanced knowledge of their rights, access to personal support, and opportunities for employment and income generation”.

Overview:
The Field Coordinator will oversee the implementation of field activities for ACDEO project in Balkh province. The role involves managing field operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.in addition The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing community related activities, provide workshops, arrange meetings with the community for orientation of the program, identifying and solving field challenges pertaining Project implementation between the communities, conducting surveys, do outreach, Facilitate Distribution process, Organizing awareness sessions,
