Job Description

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

Sourcing

  • Attending on two days of training for survey methodology and Midline survey questionnaire and field test.
  • Strong support from other surveyors and mutual communication regarding duplicate
  • Communication with villagers regarding the survey and preparing a good environment for conducting the Midline survey.
  • Conduct a Midline survey in the project’s all targeted districts.
  • Collect Midline survey data and double-check the questionnaire.
  • Be sure the Midline survey conducting in a standard manner.
  • Conduct data entry of the collected data in the KOBO online system, 

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Undergraduate
  • Previous experience in supervision and monitoring and data management

 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential

  • Communication/writing skills
  • Computer literate
  • English proficiency
  • Able to travel in all villages of Nahr-e-Shahi, Dehdadi, and Sholgara districts
  • Good interpersonal / communication skills
  • Have knowledge and skill in conducting a survey
  • Supervision skill
  • Must be appropriately literate
  • Must speak local languages (Dari and Pashto)
  • Must work well as part of a team
  • Must be available full-time for orientation and data collection
  • Must have some general knowledge of the survey area
  • Fully aware of database and data entry and have known of MS Office
  • Must learn the consent and instruction part of the questionnaire and be well familiar with questions

Desirable

  • Previous experience in data collection and surveys,
